Volkssporting consists of four non-competitive activities:  Walking, Cycling, Swimming and Cross-country skiing.  The activities are free from competition and are for people of all ages.

The Canadian Volkssport Federation represents 50 clubs in Canada, 13 of them in British Columbia.
